The birthday party.

Intro; Once i went down to manurewa to go to my nana’s house. P.1 When i went there our whole family was there and i had to sleep in my papa’s room. 

P.2 On the 22th of october was my cousin Kerrianne’s birthday for her birthday we went to the otahuhu pools. 

P.3 After having a big swim we went back to our nans then we had a big feed then we had a lolly scramble then we had some cake and sang happy birthday to you.

 Conclusion:After having everything we played on the bouncy castles and then everything went home and then it was all done.

Thank you for paying for our bus to Star dome I really appreciate what you did for our school I really enjoyed the star dome trip as well. Some things I learnt before the trip was about space and about the asteroids hitting earth and dinosaurs. Some things I learnt after the trip was about the earths like Saturn,Jupiter,Neptune,Venus,Uranus,mercury,mars and for last earth I had fun learning about those things. My favorite part of the trip was when we lied on the chairs and watched the movie about space. THANK YOU STAR DOME YOUR SINCERELY. CHERIE.

My why should we spend money on space exploration?

Intro: We should spend money on space exploration because in two ways -by studying it from earth using powerful telescopes,and by launching spacecraft to get a closer view. P.1 The first pictures of the far side of the moon were sent back by the luna 3 space probe in october 1959.Apollo astronauts took three days to visit the moon.No space probe has ever came back from another planet. P.2 Each year, NASA celebrates one invention out of many spinoff technologies as the NASA Commercial Invention of the Year. A solar powered refrigerator designed to support life on the Moon, but with huge application on Earth, earned the prestigious title for 2011. With approximately 2 billion of Earth’s inhabitants without access to electricity, this technology developed at NASA’s Johnson Space Center will help us explore space as well as significantly improve the lives of so many on Earth. P.3 In reality both sides of the Moon see the same amount of sunlight however only one face of the Moon is ever seen from Earth. This is because the Moon rotates around on its own axis in exactly the same time it takes to orbit the Earth, meaning the same side is always facing the Earth. The side facing away from Earth has only been seen by the human eye from spacecraft. P.4 There are hundreds of facts about volcanoes and earthquakes,rivers and swamps,and climate and oceans.Countries of the world are all covered, along with hundreds of statistics about famous cities and well-known landmarks. I agree everybody should own a dog because if people do not have anyone to play with they could play with their dog’s. I think we should have dog’s and puppies because they can keep you company when you are not that well. We also can have dog’s so they could guard your home if somebody tries robbing your house.WE should have dog’s so they can protect you and other people you may know. I think people should keep dogs and puppies so they can protect you nice and well.
